I earned an LD License and an Autism Certificate from the University of St. Thomas. I also earned a Masters degree in English Education from Purdue University, and I am a certified Language Arts Teacher (Grades 7-12) as well. I believe all students can learn and be successful. It is my goal for students to strive for excellence and apply what they learn to their daily life. In my classroom I create a respectful, caring, and motivating environment in which each student is appreciated and recognized for their unique skills, talents, and progress.
