I have been teaching Physical Education and Health for 10 years.  I taught in the Anoka-Hennipen School district for 8 years and at a charter school for a 1 year.  I earned my Kinesiology Degree and Teaching degree at Concordia University in St. Paul.  I also participated on the Women's Basketball Team at Concordia for 2 years.  I earned my Master's Degree at St Cloud State in Social Responsibility/Multicultural Education.  Outside of the education world I am a certified Personal Trainer through NETA and a licensed Massage Therapist.  

My passions are to teach students how LIVE healthy and to create excitement around being physically active!
