THE COMMUNITY SCHOOL COLLABORATIVE
At Edison High School

The Edison Collaborative provides individual, family, and group therapy to Edison students. Students may be referred due to emotions and/or behaviors that seem extreme or inhibit their ability to be successful in home or at school.  We are located in rooms 302A,B&C.

The Community School Collaborative (CSC) is a joint project of Change Inc. and Guadalupe Alternative Programs (GAP) providing prevention, early intervention and mental health services at Edison High School.  The CSC is staffed by a licensed mental health professional and mental health practitioners who are supervised by a board approved clinical supervisor.  Services are provided at school during the school day or during out-of-school time in the community and in-home.  School staff can make referrals and parents can request services by contacting the Edison social workers.  The CSC staff can also be reached directly by calling the site lead, Jessica Vazquez M.A., LMFT at 651-226-1548.
