You can call me Ms. V.
I am excited to be back for my second year at Edison High School. Go Tommies!
This year, I get to teach Biology II (both semesters) and Anatomy (semester I) and Zoology (semester II).
I earned my Bachelor in Science (pre-veternarian emphasis) from the University of Minnesota in 2011. Currently, I am working to complete my Master in Education also at the Universtiy of Minnesota.
I have a great love for both animals and science. Science is a way for students to make a connection and understand their role with the world around them. In my classroom, students will have the opportunity to learn, engage, and discuss many science topics including biochemistry, genetics, evolution, and body systems.
If you have any questions about the upcoming year the best way to reach me is through my email.
