A Bit About Myself
This is my eleventh year here at Edison and I am very excited to be here.

I began my teaching as an elementary school teacher and eventually became a Special Ed. Assistant in Minneapolis Public Schools in 2001. After receiving my license in special education from Augsburg College, I became an autism teacher here in the district.

We have a wonderful team of people.  The students and I continue to have the privilege to work with and learn from assistants Tina moreno and JJ Swain students here in the Autism department.

Message for Parents
Parents,we have a home/school communication notebook.  This is the best way for you to know what is happening at school and to get reminders about important information.
I have an open door policy.  Lastly, parents, please feel free to contact me or visit at any time.

Message for Students
Please show your home/school communication notebook to your parents and guardians everyday!

Click on the video below to see one of my students completing his swimming test.  I'm so proud of him!
