Adobe Photoshop.  This class will explore the field of graphic communications using the most widely used computer graphics application in the world, Adobe Photoshop.  Topics will include elements of art, principles of design, color theory, raster graphics, file types and formats, file maintenance, photo editing, and a series of contemporary graphic design projects. Digital photography will also be introduced and incorporated into the Photoshop program. A portfolio will be assembled for final critique.
