9th Graders Respect Retreat 2017
On Tuesday, November 21st, 70 Edison 9th graders participated in a Respect Retreat. The event was hosted be Youth Frontiers, an organization committed to building a better tomorrow by inspiring students to live lives of character. We also had group leadership from Edison upperclassman.
The Respect Retreat is a day for students to experience what school would be like if everyone was respected, and to challenge them to respect themselves and others.
The event was also supported by GEAR UP, thriving to ensure every student Belongs, Believes and Become academically successful and have skills necessary to excel in their post-secondary aspirations.
