Kiristen Robinson is from Stone Mountain, Georgia, and has worked as an educator for ten years. During that time she has also coached girl's high school basketball for five years and served as Venture Academy’s Athletic Director for two years. Kiristen Robinson was a standout athlete at Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Georgia where she was a state champion in the 2008 Georgia State tournament. She went on to play two seasons at Columbia College in Columbia, South Carolina before earning her bachelor's degree in Early-Childhood Education at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Kiristen is a member of the Minneapolis St. Paul Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Kiristen has a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Central Michigan University and is furthering her education at Concordia University Chicago, as a PhD candidate in Health and Human Performance. Kiristen is proud to be a part of the Edison family and excited to serve the coaches, student-athletes, and school community at Edison High School through education-based athletics.
