All students are expected to be at school every day and on time to all classes. Attendance directly impacts student achievement. We want all our students to be successful at Thomas Edison High School.

Students who miss a full day of school with an unexcused absence from Monday, March 16th through Thursday, March 26th will have their Go-To Bus Card turned off during spring break, which is Friday, March 27th through Friday, April 3rd. Classes resume on Monday, April 6th.

To report your student absent from school, please contact our Attendance Clerk Cheryl Martin at 612.668.1311. On the backside of this letter is a copy of the MPS District Attendance Policy that states which absences are excused. Please keep this copy for future reference.

If you have any questions regarding attendance, please contact our Attendance Clerk Cheryl Martin at 612.668.1311.
If you have any questions regarding Go-To Bus Cards, please contact Check and Connect at 612.668.1314.

Thank you for your attention to this very important matter.
