With a good mixture of new and returning grapplers, your Tommies Wrestling team has its sights on the City Championship.  The season began last Thursday, Nov. 30, with a tri-meet against Como and North.  The Tommies split the tri, losing to Como but win over North.  "It was a good team effort.  Our new wrestlers showed great potential.  Without them, we would not have been able to beat North," said Co Head Coach Terrance Young.  As for the veterans, Giovanni Green won both matches at 192.  Randry Mugisha followed suit at 180.  "Our goal is to win City Championship.  I think this year with the strong newcomers and the returning guys we should be able to do well in sectionals and at the City Championship," added Coach Young.
