Northeast Minneapolis Band Festival

Join us for the first annual Northeast Minneapolis Band Festival performed in Edison's newly renovated state of the art auditorium. Several bands from our Northeast Schools and community will perform 1 – 2 pieces that will showcase their ensemble with the finale’ being all bands performing one piece together.

Participants include the following bands: Edison High School Concert Band, Edison High School Rock Band, Marcy Open School, Northeast Middle School, Pillsbury Elementary School, Sheridan Elementary School, Waite Park Elementary School, and Northeast Minneapolis Community.

There will be an opening reception with light refreshments. Northeast Center for Music will also be performing light music during the reception. Take this time to visit tables for the arts and see the unveiling of Edison's new art mural and student wall of honor!
