Edison's Junior Acheivement students (pictured): Adrian Nyandieka, 12th grade, Abdirahim Osman, 10th grade and Robert Stave, 9th grade took first place at the regional JA Titan Business Challenge. JA Titan is a business simulation game which pits various teams against each other vying for the best scores by running companies that sell the same products and seeing who captures the most market share and is the most profitable. The competition was held at the downtown offices of Thrivant Financial. The competition involved 6 high schools from the surrounding metropolitan area with approximately 40 teams. With their first place finish they now qualify for a chance to compete at the state championship to be held at Best Buy corporate headquarters on May 5, 2015.
