Delphin Niyonkuru, Edison Senior, has been selected to receive one of the individual 2014 Lt. Governor’s Red Wagon Awards.  The Red Wagon Awards recognizes young people from across Minnesota who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, civic engagement, and/or exemplary leadership.
