Yesterday Edison Youth Participatory Evaluation (YPE) and Academic Language students participated in the Twin Cities Social Justice Day at North Hennepin Community College.  YPE students presented the results of a year-long study into segregation within the student body at Edison.  All students participated in breakout sessions that included presentations on action projects undertaken by students at other metro area schools, workshops about micro-aggressions and stereotypes,  Native American culture, equity in post-secondary education, and more.  Congratulations to these students on their amazing work!
