Edison's business teacher and alum, Michael Iacarella received the top award - President Award at the Northeast Celebration: An Evening of Business and Community Awards on October 29, 2015. This award was given to him for his leadership and involvement in the Northeast community. The Edison alumni band made a surprise appearance and played three songs to honor him. Mr. Iacarella also serves as President of the Edison Community and Sports Foundation and plays in the Edison Alumni Band.  He is pictures with Edison Voyager (business leadership program) student officers.
