"Akausha is such a pleasure to have in class! She understands situations from the teacher's perspective AND the students' perspective and yet, has a way of creating a balance for both parties. Her presence in the classroom brings a vibe that doesn't always happen. She can be a leader and a role model among her peers, while still being an AMAZING student who is helpful, caring, respectful, knowledgeable, and successful. She is NOT prideful, but knows when to exert the passion that she has for a certain topic or situation. I feel lucky to have Akausha in our class and so appreciative of what her presence brings to those around her, whether it is through her actions or her words.
