Hello! My name is Rachel Linnemann. The scholars call me Ms. Rachel. This is my second year Edison High School! I teach 2 sections of Strategies for Success and co-teach English 10 and Biology. I am also co-leading the Edison Outdoor Club!
I grew up in Michigan and moved to the Twin Cities in 2017. I earned my Bachelor's degree in History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Science at Michigan State University (go green!) and my Master's degree in Special Education from University of St. Thomas through the Grow Your Own program. Before becoming a teacher, I worked with youth for 6 years in both St. Paul Public Schools and Minneapolis Public Schools. In my free time, I love the outdoors, dogs, and drinking tea!
