In the second debate of the season, hosted by Highland Park, Edison Spanish Debate team members Mariela & Marifer Villanueva Rosas earned the 2nd place team award! They also tied for the 6th place speaker award. Speaker awards are given to students who demonstrate great argumentation and persuasion skills in their individual performances.  Rosario Bustamante Baylon and Ximena Castillo Perez earned the 5th place team award. Rosario also earned at 10th place speaker award!  Congrulations Tommies!
