Your Edison Tommies football squad beat St. Paul Humboldt 56-40 last Friday night, and Vikings standout cornerback Xavier Rhodes was there for the win.  Standing in as guest coach, Rhodes came to show his support for the Tommies, who have volunteered at his annual toy drive the last three years.  Rhodes presented the Tommies with a $1,000 check that will go toward team fees, which will go to students who could otherwise not afford the fee.  Many news organizations covered the event; click on any of the links below to see the coverage.
